How I Lose Weight (“the site”) is a personal, build-in-public health dashboard operated by Burak Pusat. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit, how advertising works, and how you can opt out of personalized ads.

The site is operated by Burak Pusat. Health, nutrition, and workout figures shown here are the operator’s personal tracking data, published for transparency. Visitors do not create accounts and are not asked to submit their own health data.

- If you subscribe to the newsletter: your first name and email address, used to send the Sunday process letter. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We use Vercel to host the site, Supabase to store the public daily log and newsletter subscribers, Loops to send newsletter email, and Google AdSense to display ads. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
